2023 Fall Trip – Nov. 29 – Dec. 2:
Collecting: Kindergarten Bags
NEW hats, gloves, scarves, and individual blankets
NEW or GENTLY-used coats (Used coats should have working zippers, snaps, or buttons and be CLEAN.)
Please include in each Pre-K and K bag:
New Winter hat & Gloves
Box of Crayons
Box of markers
Pencils
Toothbrush
Full-sized Toothpaste
Small Stuffed Animal
Stickers/Fun Item
Coloring Book
Do NOT include candy or snack items.
The bags themselves should be 12″ X 16″ (X-Large) organza drawstring bags found on Amazon.

JRBA Mission Trip to Bland Ministry Center
Dates May 21 – 27, 2023
Seeking 15 adult volunteers to travel to Bland Ministry Center in Bland, Va.
We will serve in the Food Warehouse, the Clothing Closet, and doing odd jobs around the Ministry Center.
We will assist with food distribution as well as sorting, shelving, and boxing incoming food for the clients.
We will unbag, sort, and hang clothes in the Clothing Center.
We will most likely help with things like yardwork and/or small repair jobs around the center.
We will prepare most of our own meals and stay in the volunteer house on campus. (Linens provided.)
Pray about this opportunity to be “on mission” for our Lord! This is an opportunity to serve many needy people in a location
close to home at a very minimal financial cost. Answer the call and prepare to be blessed!

Rise Against Hunger Meal Packing event on Oct. 15 – Maysville Baptist, 3:00 PM – 13327 W James Anderson Hwy, Buckingham, VA 23921
Some strong volunteers needed at 1:30 PM to help unload the truck and set up. Other volunteers of all ages needed at 3:00 PM to pack the meals.
